O'Doughs - Question

Hey guys,

Sorry to be posting this here, but I'm out of options!

I have a loaf of O'Doughs gluten-free banana cake. It looks delicious. O'Doughs, like many GF companies, includes a list of allergen warnings at the end of the ingredients listing, and also a "may contain ____" warning to boot. Beautiful!

Here is my question: The ingredients list "chocolate chips," but the allergen section and the may contain section do not show milk. So I'm trying to figure out if this banana cake is dairy-free or not.

Before people jump in with "It says chocolate chips, so course it has dairy, duh" comments - no, not all chocolate has dairy in it. It is totally possible to make chocolate without dairy...which is precisely why I'd like to clarify this.

YES I checked their website and didn't get any further info. YES I tried to call and I didn't get an answer.

Anyone?
