Following exercise, do you stop it immediately when you've finished your last exercise, or do you let it run until your heart rate has gone down? I typically stop it as I am finishing up my class/routine but a friend just mentioned that he lets his run until his HR has dropped. Just curious to see what others do.

I stop mine when my exercise is done but that is only after a short wind down period, so usually that is when my HR is lower.0

I stop mine when my heart rate drops from "Fitness" into "Fat Burn", which is usually around 115 BPM.0
