I just got the Jillian Michael's Body Revolution set today

and I am looking forward to taking it on.

I don't think I will be doing much, if any, of the cooking (she really expects you to cook THAT much and THAT often?) It might have been helpful for the price of that set to also suggest some ready-to-eat options for those of us that are single with full time jobs (most of these recipes make 4 or more servings, and I hate doing proportion math), but I suppose that is what I can always go to Trader Joe's for.

Most of what she no-no's(caffeine, alcohol, heavily processed food, nitrates) I already don't eat, so sugar is my big Everest to overcome. As always.

Here is my question. It requires resistance bands. I have read bad things about the bands you can buy for this set, so does anyone have any better suggestions? I need bands that are good for an advanced beginner to intermediate exerciser, Ihear stackable bands are good, but not sure if I would have time between exercises to adjust those.
