carb cycling?

I have more than 100 pounds to lose. I have lost 10 pounds using in place of a road map so far
I am doing a 3 Days on 1 Day off workout schedule.

day 1 Am : bike210k + HIIT PM : Lifting Upper
day 2 Am : bike210k PM: yoga
day 3 Am : boxing Pm : Lifting Lower
day 4 Am : small walk Pm : Rest

Right now i am trying to eat 10% more carbs on lifting days (every other day) and cut carbs by 10% on other days
will this work?

How would You fit carb cycling into this schedule?

    I'm not sure of the answer...I always up my protein on lifting days, esp the next 24 hours after lifting and keep my carbs the same at 40% for my macro. Wasn't ignoring, just don't know much about carb cycling other than when I used to race, 2 days before I would load up on carbs.
