Of cousre diet pills "work"!

Notice the ""

As far as I know there isn't any pills out there that say "Stay on your butt all day and eat junk and take me and magically lose weight"

If you go from an inactive life style and eating crap, to active, exercising and eating healthy...cutting out all the junk food...you're going to lose weight!

Every diet pill out there says to take so many pills a day "along with exercise and healthy eating"

It's not the pill that's making you lose weight... it's your life style change.

Just something random I was thinking about as I was doing the dishes ;)

Depends. Stimulants help curb the appetite, while things like apple cider vinegar and enzymes help the digestion of certain foods. While I agree that diet pills won't work unless you make a conscious effort to change your lifestyle, they do help some people a bit.

yes and yea and then, no.

diet pills that aren't total bollox are just additional motivators for the body.
Usually caffiene or green tea, vitamins B, triptophan and chromium and things that have similar effects on the body.
These are great natural boosters and would help even if you didn't eat perfectly.

Problem there is that if you eat crap and take pills to lose then continue to eat crap you will gain it right back and there's no real health benefit! So you spend 50$ and got nothing. *sad*

You can get the nutrients/ingredients/vitamins found in "good diet pills" from food or by taking proper supplements.
    Fish oil & multi-vitamins & the like.

Anyone looking for a quick fix won't even bother to read the ingredients or learn about nutrition so it's their loss, or rather their lack of loss (see what I did there??)
