:love: My Fitness Pal is the best thing on the internet! I just started today and it is so awesome how everything is calculated for you!!! I come from a small town and thought that maybe some of these brands wouldn't be in here, but everything was on here!! Wow! I have to admit I have a lot to lose, but this is the first thing that has come along to make me feel like I can really do this!!! Hope y'all are doing great!

    Welcome to MFP ...and yes I agree "This site is AMAZING". I thought that very thing when I first found it. And the forums are wonderful as well as the people here ......just very nice, informative and helpful. I have been here for three weeks and just LOVE IT!! Good luck on your journey!!
