Sedentary vs. Lightly Active

I work in an office, so most of my work day is spent sitting unless I go for a walk during my breaks (which I try to do at least once a day).

That being said, outside of work I walk everywhere. Usually 40 minutes to work, and depending on if I pick up groceries and where 40-60 minutes back home. Then another 20 minutes to go to my boyfriends house.

At what point should I consider bumping up my activity to lightly active?

**I should add, I have a sit to stand desk and try to stand for about two or three hours a shift

I would bump yourself up now especially if you walk everywhere.

I would say that is entirely dependent on how active you are once you reach your boyfriend's house.

I think I was mostly very drunk in the photo...

On a serious note, I do work out 5-6 days a week but I add that on daily. I'm refering to MFP calorie settings.

You walk 60 minutes with groceries. That's incredible. What do you do about frozen food?

I don't buy a lot of frozen food, but when I do it usually keeps just fine.
