My bmr is 1748. My tdee is 2098 How many calories should I eat to lose weight doing no exercise yet .

1678 is your TDEE minus 20%. If you're more conservative just subtract by only 10%.0

Try FattoFit radio. It will give you the information you need to put you on the right track. Without knowing your stats it's hard for us to help. You can also input your info into MFP which will also point you in a direction but just be careful.....it tends to set calories at 1200 which may work at first but when your metabolism realizes what you're doing you will stall out. Research everything. I promise it works though if you stick to logging all of your food and exercise. Adjust accordingly. Good luck:flowerforyou:0
