Does anyone else get cold after eating?

I mean like bone chilling cold - I'm in Phoenix & right now it's 82 degrees in my office & I've got a fleece jacket on!
I'm creature of habit so breakfast & lunch are pretty consistent so I can't say it only happens when I eat a certain food & it doesn't happen every day
Does it mean I'm not getting enough of something or maybe too much of something else?
Curious if anyone else has experienced this before
Thanks!!

It often happens to me too. I'm also curious as to why. I hope someone has some insight.0

Not anymore...actually I feel quite warm after eating now! I'd love to know why this is.0

Yes! It only started in the last few months, so I assumed it was new meds I'm on. I get so cold I shiver! I'd like to know if anyone has insight also.0

Heck yes I do! But moreso after a cold drink. Once or twice a week I'll have a Java Chip Light Frappuccino and after I drink it, I'm freezing.0

Maybe it gets cold because we are loosing weight and we have less fat to keep us warm? Wishful thinking0
