I have some chocolate milk that I'm not going to drink by the time it expires. Can I freeze it? Have you ever frozen milk? Does it thaw okay?

yes. mine freezes just fine. you do have to shake it up once you let it thaw out. I used to do it all the time when the kids were small0

I've frozen it before, I find it tastes a little off, but it's not bad or anything.0

I've done it too. I found it takes a long time to thaw and is a little watery when it does but definately use-able.0

I grew up with milk being frozen. Especially when it got to almost $4/gal, when it went on sale for $2/gal my parents would buy 8-10 and freeze all but 2. When we finished 1, they'd take one out over night to thaw while we used the other one. Worked really well and I couldn't/can't taste the difference.0
