None that I have ever seen. Did you read the label?

Only if it has "partially hydrogenated" junk in it.

Actually ice cream does contain trans fat. Cow fat, whether from beef or dairy, is a few percent trans fat. That's why those big juicy burgers from Red Robin or Five Guys or whatever have 1-2 grams of trans fat. However, a single serving of ice cream has less than half a gram of trans fat, which means they are legally allowed to put "0g" next to trans fat on the nutrition information.

Is this worth worrying about? Absolutely not.

Very few foods have any appreciable quantity of trans fat in them anymore.

Milk products contain natural trans fats, so it's possible if it's not one of those diet synthetic ice creams. Natural trans fats are referred to as CLA and are very healthy, so not to be confused with refined polyunsaturated partially hydrogenated oil, also referred to as trans fats.

Ice cream is a staple of my diet. I have some almost every day.
