Either you have confused actual hunger with thirst or boredom.
find something to do to keep your mind off it..
or low calorie foods to snack on to fill you up, like carrots, brocolli, pickles...
or drink some tea with an Equal sugar packet (0 calories!)

    thats what i do

I was feeling always hungry 2...but now I try to do other things when I'm home or have idle time....there's always some spring cleaning to be done and you can burn calories doin it....I also try to keep low calorie yummy snacks around like 100 cal choc pudding, or veggie sticks, sliced cucumber to have with hummus, banana w/peanut butter.....I won't lie- it is the roughest thing to get over....being hungry....but it does subside. :flowerforyou:

All those are great ideas thanks. I really like the one about finding things to do. But getting up and doing them is a different story.
