Should I get this half rack set?

About to go pick this up. Seller is leaving it for $60 for EVERYTHING because he's moving. Is it worth it? My apartment gym doesn't have barbells, just a smith machine, and I've been having to do everything with dumbbells. Thought this was good enough for a beginner. I live on the 8th floor of a carpeted apartment, if that matters.

For $60, buy it. Once you outgrow it, you can resell it for at least that much.0
