Starting fresh

I've been on this site for a little over a year now, and I managed to lose 17 pounds mostly by keeping track of the food that I eat. I hit a stretch where I haven't had any weight loss in a while, and realized I have less than 4 months until my wedding, so starting over today. Today was my first day back at the gym in probably at least 2 if not closer to 3 years (although I do have a weight lifting machine and treadmill at home, so its not that I haven't worked out at all in the past couple years, just not on a regular routine like I should be), so here we go... my starting weight is 233.5 and I'm going to get as close to 180 by my wedding (end of August). Anyone who wants to come along for the ride send me a friend request (I've kind of lost my friends on here from not being active the past couple months, but I'm here again and I'm going to at least hit ONEderland before my wedding! )
My current plan is to work out 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and I'll be scuba diving every Wednesday starting in a couple of weeks, so could probably say thats really 5 days a week, and then recover on the weekends.
