High calorie food for sensitive stomach

I am still recovering from the stomach bug and really need to keep up with calories as I am nursing. Any ideas on food that won't upset my stomach, but high calories? No nuts (allergies). I have been netting like 500 for the past 4-5 days. Thanks!

    Sweet potatoes with as much fat as you can stand. Smoothies with coconut milk. Full fat yogurt with add-ins. Try eating as frequently as you can stand it and this is the one time I would recommend carbing it up since that promotes hunger. Push the hydration really hard. Even if you don't FEEL hungry, try eating at least a little bit, even if you feel a bit nauseous (as long as you having been throwing up from it).
