Hey everyone! I'm starting a weight loss/get fit challenge on instagram for men and women. The contest is through may 1st-June 5th. If your looking for some motivation ... come over to instagram and visually see many people transform their bodies over the next 5 weeks. Rules are listed on the instagram page.
