just signed up for boocamp and I'm anxious

I signed up for 5 weeks of bootcamp. I had my first class last night. The instructor told me it was a bit lighter than normal but it sure felt intense to me. One of the other girls in the class told me about some of the other more intense exercises that they do. One of them being running with a holding a tire above your head.
I enjoyed the class a lot but I’m nervous about failing at some of the circuits in my next classes. I know this class is going to help me get through my current workout rut I’m in but my anxiety is through the rough.
Any advice on how to break through my anxiety?

In my experience with boot camp, they want to push you yes, but they aren't going to make you do something you can't physically do. Just go at your own pace and enjoy the different workouts.0
