So in general, I'm looking for some friends who have similar goals, or ladies who have reached similar goals and could offer some advice as to what worked for them!

    Add me if you like. 5'8" and have slowly lost 22 pounds to date. Currently weighing around 218 and want to get to around 11.5 stone so here for the longhaul.

    Ps I set my interim target weights on the ticker in 20 pound stages as it encourages me to go to the next stage. My friends on here all have open diaries to friends which really helps. Some are restricting to 1200 cals a day. Others, like me, have higher cals to achieve an average if one pound a week loss in average. Slowly but surely this is working!! Good luck!
