Alkaline vs. Acidic foods/diet

Hi all!

I've been reading up a bunch on alkaline foods and how they not only assist in weight loss, but also balance out your body to help other ailments you may be suffering form due to diet. I haven't gone cold turkey, but have been slowly switching foods with high acidic levels for more alkaline friendly foods. Anyone have thoughts on this or have seen significant results form switiching to a higher alkaline diet?

    As others said, it's a scam to get you to buy certain products. Weight loss isn't meant to be over complicated.. it's all about calories..

    I think it could possibly be of benefit if u have a serious illness or autoimmune disorder of some kind. But for weight loss, its BS. Calories in vs out is what matters.
