30 day challenges for beginers?

And/or the really obese?

I'm looking for some really, really beginner 30 day challenges to add to my routine this month. I've seen some like the squat challenge and crunch challenge but I was wondering if anyone could point me at maybe a list of these types of challenges. I know I could just make one up on my own, but I thought I might see what's already out there. Thanks!
