Lost 85 pounds in 15 months..suddenly stopped losing in March..36 pounds from goal..no weight loss in 2 months..Ive figured my TDEE and BMR..adjusted my calories, changed my exercise routine..I keep going up and down with a pound..how do I get the process going again?

    Can you open your diary? It's hard to say. How many calories did you eat before you figured out your TDEE and what did you adjust it to?
