In Need of Accountability!!

Hello Everyone,

I have a tough week coming up and need some way to keep myself focused. Either to be reassured on really bad days or for a non-related third party to tell me that it isn't that bad. Pretty much I want the TRUTH.

I have three days of a work conference (3 meals and snacks provided) and then 5 days of vacation.

I want to post what I eat every day (still want to keep my diary private) so you guys can be the judge of my eating habits.

I am 5'3" and 125 lbs. My goal weight is 115. For the next week, I just want to maintain.

Will anyone help me through it? Please...

    Tuesday 4/30:

    Breakfast- 1 cup multi grain cheerios

    Snack- yogurt with fresh strawberries, grapes and blueberries

    Lunch- Salad (mixed greens, small amount of cheese, cranberries, sunflower seeds and onion), spoonful of rice and corn, about 2 oz beef with peppers and onions and vanilla custard for dessert

    Snack- Soft pretzel and mustard, cheese cubes and a brownie; diet dr pepper

    Dinner- Special K protein bar

    Snack- tortilla chips
