Hello all ~ I am a new member here, My co-workers and myself decided to join and start this diet thing once & for all... lol.... We've been talking about it for a while now, But guess what... Summer is right around the corner and I am convinced and determined to lose at least 20lbs. I know I can do it, especially now w/ all your support!!
