    Bronchitis has set in and so I took a week off. Hard to breathe. Back to work today on the stationary bike. Rode 10 miles today for a total of 68.12 miles for the month.

    6 miles ride to and from the gym plus half hour lifting weights. Lifting doesn't add miles but it certainly helps in many ways.

    havent updated since friday i dont think...

    monday night walk with my friend beth 3.54miles
    today lunch time walk/run for 2.39miles

    total miles moved to date
    48.01/60....
    i made my "walking" goal but wont make my swimming or running goal more than likely but i'm okay with it as i'm doing more walking as the weather is getting tooooo hot to run at lunchtime during the day from work and at night when i walk with beth i'm just too tired and am happy to just get out and walk with a friend for an hour and catch up....
    so i'll take the 48.01 out of 60 miles completed so far and be happy with my effort so far this month...i got the last 19.99 miles in the bag baby...
