New to fitnesspal

I just signed up at the urging of a friend who has been using mfp. I started my new life style changes about a month ago, and have lost 10 lbs. so far, by eating healthier, exercising on a more regular basis, and being aware of my choices. Tracking my caloric intake has been an eye-opener! I enjoy the ease of using the tools here to find nutritional values, and look forward to exporling more of the site. :smile:
