How does donating blood affect calories?

Not sure if this has been discussed before here, but I donated a pint of blood today, and I was wondering what that means in terms of my calories? Should I eat more? It seems like some calories would be lost just because energy from the blood was lost, but does that even have anything to do with weight loss?
Obviously it's just one day and i'll listen to my body, but I'm curious more than anything.
