Hi Everyone, My name is sweetpurple. I am new to this site tonight. have quite a bit of weight to lose and need some suggestions for exerceise. Does anyone have any? Please let me know. Thanks.

start off light... then as you get into it you could increase the amount, (makes it easier) e.g start of with walking for 20 mins each day, then increase to 30 mins... once your used to that you could start jogging or running instead of walking. i found thats the easiest exercise... and really helps too! and its free
