Hello,
Thanks for reading my post! I have been on MFP for a few weeks and I love it. I have been trying to lose weight for almost ten years. I love to work out, even have my own home gym, but I couldent figure out why I was maintaining my weight at 250 for so long. Now I know its because of my old horrible eating habits.Well I have turned over a new leaf and finally found the disipline I needed to kick the overeating. I am on here everyday, so if you are looking for support, or a friend, hit me up!
