Hi from the Perpetual C25Ker

Hi, I just joined this group. I started the C25K last year on the 4th of July and did my first 5K last October. I never liked running (still on the fence) but the program was easy to follow and I began to feel the need to run.

After I completed the 5K I decided to do the C210K program. Well, the added 10 minutes was a challenge and I got injured doing something else and winter was setting in... So I am restarting the C25K. On W4D1. Hope that I will get a leg up as I have started this running phase earlier thank July!!! Wish me luck!
