Stalled, Help!

So the last 2 weeks I have worked out everyday for 45-60 minutes per day and counted calories and such. I have hit a rut already after only 7 lbs lost, I am stuck at 200-201...I can't seem to get lower then 200 and I just want to so bad. My long term goal is of course 150 lbs, but this first 10 is already giving me issues and I'm frustrated. I don't know what to do. Help?!

2 weeks isn't really a rut. it's not unusual to go a few weeks without seeing a drop in the number, even though you are doing everything right. Weight loss isn't linear, you might lose nothing a few weeks, then do the exact same thing and lose 2 the next.
ETA: without anything in your profile, and without an open diary, no one can really help. so if you want more specific input, you are going to have to supply more information.0 -
Keep on trucking with it! You may not be going down on the scale but you could very well be going down on the tape measure. When I started I refused to weigh myself after the first one for about two months! The scale will tell you how much you weigh but it doesn't tell you how much muscle you have gained which weighs more than fat.0
