hello all just a soldier here looking to slim down

I'm 22yr old female in the Army just looking for great tips and awesome friends to help me on my way, and help them on theirs, to being awesome looking. I'm on deployment to it's a lil hard to play with my schedule and eat around it. I have been doin well tho but seems to be hard trying to get all the calories I need in on one day I'm always off by like 300. Water intake is getting easier only cause I sit at a desk all day so I have nothing better to do but drink water. My workout routine is pretty much insanity right now but I'm adding in weight training into it starting today.

Anyways nice to me y'all and hope this site will be the best one I've found so far :)
