New to all this

I signed up to MFP about a month ago and have since lost 5 Lbs bringing my total weight loss to 32 Lbs from the start of January. I've got another 28 Lbs to go. I'm trying to find my way round MFP and understand all the terms of 'eating clean' and eating back exercise calories etc but I'm sure I'll get there in the end.
I live in the UK and want to get fit and healthy but want to also learn about TDEE, body fat % etc. Anyone out there who understands all this and willing to share their experience and how they are achieving their goal?
