I have just had a decaffinated Tea, white and a toasted tea cake. Sadly unable to find the calories for these items. Can someone please advise me how is the best way to calcuate the calories for these items please? i did have 2 portions of butter too. Many thanks in advance.

Though I know at least the teacake is in the DB already as I've put it in my diary before, yum ;-) (EDIT: just checked, there are 2 entries listed as costa toasted teacake)0 -
How big was the tea? And how milky? A home-made tea with semi-skimmed is 14 calories, but if you had mroe milk it will be higher.
One of those little pats of butter is about 10g I think.
