    You have done a truly AMAZING job in 4 months. We have been on each others friends list for a little while now and I just expect to see the HUGE loses and HUGE calorie burns from you EVERY SINGLE DAY now :-)

    The changes you have made and stuck to are fabulous. Such an amazing result.
