Dead Lifts 100 lbs

Over head Press 40 lbs ????Weak upper body but I'll get there.

I've been limited to my little 5lb weights at home, but I am going to start this week with some real weights at the gym. Right now I am very very weak, so I can only imagine what I'll be able to do at first ;)

OP, you are doing pretty good for only 3 weeks in if you ask me!

I've been lifting inconstantly for 2 years, but have been sticking with it for the past 4 months. Right now:
    Squats: 120 x 5
    Bench: 80x5
    OHP: 65x5
DL: Who knows, haven't done these really heavy for a while (115x10)

You're doing great! Good job getting started :)

My current 1 rep max stats are:

    Squat - 265
    DL - 265
    OHP - 100
    Bench - 115
    Row - 90

Edit to say that I'm 5'6", 181lbs and I've been lifting for a little over 6 months. Also, it's awesome to see what everyone else is lifting, but remember that you only need to work against yourself. Don't try to beat someone else's numbers. Just try to increase your strength!

I just started back after a few months of no weight lifting

Squat 180 lbs for 5 reps
Deadlift 260 lbs for 10 reps
Bench press 160 lbs for 6 reps
OH Press 120 lbs for 4 reps.

You're doing great, keep it up! It's ok to be curious where everyone else is, but remember that you're mostly competing with yourself, so every time you beat your previous PR is a cause for celebration because YOU just proved that you're more bad-*kitten* than before. :)

    Here are my current maxes:

    - Squat: 425 lbs
    - Deadlift: 440 lbs
    - Bench: 250 lbs
    - Press: 165 lbs
    - Power Clean: 210 lbs

    Here's where I'm at now.

    Squat: 290 lbs.
    Deadlift: 325 lbs.
    Bench press: 190 lbs
Overhead Press: 135 lbs (This is my weakness.)

I'm rebuilding after seeing how bad my form had gotten, so I expect to crack 300 lbs in the squat and 350 lbs on the DL next week if all goes well.

I'm with you on the weak upper body.

    Squat: 110 lbs
    Deadlift: 115 lbs
    Bench press: 65 lbs
Overhead Press: 55 lbs (attempted and failed at 60 lbs yesterday)
    Rows: 55 lbs

You're weak  funny. That's impressive.
I used to bench 90 lbs! but this time around I am lifting less weight but more reps.
I started with the bar for benching (45 lbs), but it's pretty light so I'll probably up it to 55 lbs this coming week.
And I do free weights so I was doing 10 lbs in each hand and a 12.5 weight for behind my head, but that is becoming easy too. So I will probably up it to 12.5 lbs in each hand and 15 lbs behind the head.

Sorry it's a bit different routine from you but I like it

I don't know what my 1 rep max is but I think there is a formula.
    Anyway:

    Bench: 95lbs 3x10
    Squat: 155 lbs 3x10
    Deadlift: 135lbs 3x10
    Seated Row: 90lbs 3x8

Been lifting on and off this past year but consistently for the past 10 wks.

Great job everyone. Forgot to add that I'm at 70 lbs Rows! Gotta buy more weights since I'm doing my program at home. Also, how much cardio do you guys do? I'm currently doing two upper body lifting days and 2 days lower body. I've slowed down on the cardio. I maybe doing an hour maybe an hour and a half per week. Is this enough? I'm also eating my tdee minus 20% for fat loss. Have some major pounds to lose.

Either your squats are high or there's something wrong with your deadlift. Work on increasing your pull.

Get it, Niqua! You're doing a GREAT job!

I'm working on week 2 of Wendler's 5/3/1 program. My working weights for this week are:

    Bench - 60x3, 65x3, 75x3+ (did 5 of last set this morning)
    Squats - 50x3, 55x3, 60x3+ (I'll do these this afternoon since I didn't get them in yesterday)
Deadlift - 70x3, 85x3, 95x3+ (Thursday. Finally got some heavier plates so these should progress nicely.)
    OHP - 40x3, 45x3, 55x3+ (Friday)

I also do a full-body machine circuit once a week. My maxes for 4/27 were:

    Chest Press 90x4
    Leg Press 230x10x2
    Pull Downs 130x5
    Leg Aduction and Abduction 110x10x2
    Pullovers 90x4
    OHP 65x1
    Tricep Press 50x10
    Woodchoppers 45x10
    Bicep Curls 25x5
    Calf Raises 50x10

ETA: I also incorporate Step-ups (with a barbell) Bent-over and Pendlay rows, but I haven't done them in a couple of weeks. My last weight for all 3 was 65-70 pounds. I miss them and will start doing them again this week.

I have been doing starting strength 3x5 for a few months with a broken ankle in between so no squats for a while.
    Bench 195 3x5
    Deadlift 270 1x5
    Press. 125 3x5

    Current 1RM's:

    Bench: 60kg / 132lbs
    OHP: 42.5kg / 93.5lbs
Squat: 70kg / 154lbs (the lift I struggle with the most)
    Deadlift: 110kg / 242lbs.

ETA: I don't think what you're lifting is weak for 3 weeks :) I was doing about the same on deadlifts and OHP at that stage, and about 10lbs less for the rest.

Been lifting heavy for a year...I'm 5'3, 133 lbs. I squat and deadlift 115 (close to BW!), bench 85...all 8 reps 3 sets. I also like the overhead/miltary press, but do 55.
