How to stop binge eating!! Yay!!

After researching all over the place I finally figured out how to stop binge eating. Glutamine powder. I just add a spoonful of it to my water bottle and sip it throughout the day and my cravings for normal junk like cookies and ice cream to weird cravings like whole milk and banana bread disappear. It's most likely not for everyone, but if you struggle with cravings give it a try! It can probably be found at your closest health food store in the protein supplements section.
