30 Day Squat Challenge

Hello! I have just completed the 30 day squat challenge (http://jajadevicais.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/sq.jpg?w=584&h=563) which went a bit viral a while ago. I have to say that I haven't really noticed much of a difference (and yes I do my squats properly!!!!) I have done ballet for 21 years (I'm so old!!) so do you think this has something to do with it? I already have pretty strong quads.

Has anyone else who has tried it had better results?
