Is Bob Harpers website secure?

Has anyone tried Bob Harpers 8 week program on his site www.bobharper.com?
I keep getting a warning that it it an unsecure site. Do you know if this is a legit site?
Have you had any problems with it? and also have you lost weight?
Basiclly any information or tips will help.
