I started using this unsweetened almost beverage in place of milk. The taste is good and it's only 30 calories per cut as opposed to 110 for 1% milk. My dilemma is that my diet plan breaks everything down into proteins, dairy, fat, carbs, etc. This is probably a dumb question but what food group would you put this under? It's not really dairy but not sure where it fits. Perhaps I just need to count it as extra calories.
