I have just bought 'The overnight diet' book

Hi everyone - following my 1200 cals. as per MFP recommended. But as I'm doing exercise at my gym,I'm not following a diet as such just cut out the alcohol and excess chocolate.. Saw this book and it give advice how to eat the right foods to bust fat without shrinking your muscle and to get a lean body. Gonna give it a go. Has anyone else tried it.
