Anyone that has switched to BMR and TDEE/TDEG seen a change in results in the short term and long term.
I see lots of discussion, but would love to see how peoples results have changed.
Did initially your weight increase because you increased calories and body was used to more minimal calories?
When did the weight loss start back up and have you had less plateauing?
