I've been losing weight slowly but you wouldnt notice.....my belly is still huge. I never had a smooth belly in my youth and with two huge pregnancy bellies and 2 c-sections its not a sight you want to see - roundish then a little flop.
I am struggling with the exercise with the pressures of running a business and young children.
I was wondering if with more exercise I will lose it or will it never properly recover ? What is the best exercise to get rid of it? I have been doing The Shred but it bores me and also Davina McCalls Intense but my exercise plan is very erratic.
Any help is seriously appreciated as it depresses me, clothes are a nightmare. I am sure my belly is a stone in weight.

I have been doing Zumba dvd's and Walking ( just went up to 2 miles a day). My belly has gone down significantly, I have gone down 2 sizes. I do the Zumba when my son is sleep or playing in his room where I know I will have at least 30 to 45 minutes, he is 7. I walk at the park where I can keep an eye on him. I think if you are consistent that you will get fabulous results.0

If it is excess fat, it will reduce as you lose weight/fat. You will find a lot of people on here recommended heavy lifting to change body shape. If you get to what should be a good weight for you and are not satisfied, lifting can give amazing results even while maintaining the same weight (keep an eye out in success stories).0
