I'm looking for either a Zumba dvd or something similar for BEGINNERS. Any suggestions?

Go to Zumba.com they will have the videos you need. You may also want to participate in a Zumba class near you area. While you are the Zumba website it will give you a list of instructors in your area. Zumba is great and fun!! That's what I do and I love you can burn up to 1000 calories
Hope this helps :flowerforyou:

Would Zumba be a good workout for someone very advanced?0

The good thing about Zumba is you can do it at your own pace and still follow the moves. If you're very advanced, use a lot of jumping and bouncing in your steps. If you're a beginner, do the steps, but just bob up and down and don't actually jump.
I started taking Zumba classes as soon as the doctor gave me clearance to exercise after having my baby. I thought the first hour long class would never end, since I'd been totally sedintary for 10 months, but now, 4 weeks later, I'm loving it and the time just flies by!0
