The last 20 Lbs. is always the hardest...

I remember when I started out on Feb 1st of this year and thought man this is going to be hard. I'm 53 and I've lost this same 20Lbs. 20 times. Except this time, I have the INTERNETS!!! :laugh: And....Here I am 3 months later down roughly 18 pounds, having added at least 5Lbs. of muscle (that's the difference this time - strength training), I'm slipping into a size 8 with room to spare, and thinking I need to shave another 10Lbs of fat and gain another 5Lbs. of muscle to get my BMI around 18 and MAN this is so gonna happen! :glasses:
