Hello!

I am just wanting to achieve extra support. I would love to add more muscle and tone up alot more. I just have this flabby belly that doesn't seem to go away. I have been doing turbofire since November 2012. I am ready for a change and I think lifting some weights will help me achieve the goals I have in mind.

    I saw on MFP yesterday where someone recommended www.printableworkouts.com. You put in what you are looking for and it shows you the type of workouts you should be doing.
