Sadi, I am like you 5 feet tall, 49 yo with sedentary lifestyle so my TDEE is around 1600. The idea of eating 1200 everyday and losing slowly is horrifying. I do 2 days at 500 and the other 5 at 1800 and am still losing. It is a great plan - good luck!
and if anyone figures out how to add an extra day to the week - i would be ecstatic!!!! I always feel like I need a 3 day weekend.0
