Hello. Once you get it in your mind that you are going to make better choices it starts to become automatic. I am on my "last do-over" as of now too and I started this just over a week ago. It's hard being in an office setting with a bunch of women who brings treats everyday to snack on. The moment I walk in and see those treats I think to myself "Gross" "That is way too little an award for how much work it's going to take to burn off" and I go about my day knowing that if I can say NO once, I can do it the rest of the day.
It's all just a mental game. A challenge for you to step up and look and feel your best instead of letting little stupid things like FOOD ruin your health, self-esteem, image, LIFE.
Hope this helps! Good luck!0 -
It would make it easier for us to help you if you gave us an idea of what kind of help you are looking for. Do you need inspiration, diet advice, recipe ideas, etc.? Not trying to be a jerk, but narrowing scope would help us help you.0

I totally get you! For me, I try not to focus on this is the "last time" I start over because I might need to start over again at some point! I find it helpful to stay as present and as in the moment as possible with my healthy choices (eating right & exercising). If I don't have a "perfect" day, I just say, ok, tomorrow I can get right back on track. I try to think: "What am I doing today to move myself closer to achieving my fitness goals?" Leave room for yourself to be human as you keep pressing forward. You can do this :>)0

OMG - this totally just happened to me today! I walked in the kitchen at work to heat up my oatmeal and there were two packs of pastries just waiting to be goarged on! But not by me! And I totally agree that it is a mental game. I play mind tricks with myself all the time just to make it through each day and do what I know is the best thing for me to do for my health.0
