This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month! This month we will only have 100 participants total. If you do not check in two weeks in a row I will delete you from the spreadsheet unless you tell me first. All of your tracking will be done on this thread UNLESS we hit 500 comments and then it will continue on part 2.

The link to new charts will be up by Tuesday evenings if I have the time to update it. The first chart WILL NOT be posted until the SECOND weigh in and will only be posted if I have free time between work, family and other lifely duties. Good luck!
