Took a week off

Haven't worked out intensely since Tuesday and I haven't been watching what I eat (I celebrated a bit too much when I did my weigh-in). I'm back on track today and back to clean eating and exercising. Do you think my week off will give my progress this week a boost since I am going back to my healthy routine (kind of like when you lose weight the first week you change your eating and exercise habits).

hmmm not sure everyone's body works different, I do know a few people who go into maintenance mode usually longer than one week more like 2 or 3 and then go back to a deficit and claim it works as a way to shock the body
