I just added Fiber and Sugar to my nutrition tracker thing. I'm good on my Fiber, but I cannot believe how much sugar I eat! even when I'm eating good things like yogurt and fruit. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm sure the sugar in fruit isn't the same as the sugar in a chocolate bar.... but still!

You'll always go over on sugar because MFP doesn't separate natural sugars from added sugars. Natural sugars from fruits are ok; added sugars are what you want to watch. As long as those aren't too high, you're ok.0

Agreed with lilchino. I always go over by a little because of my fruit. I eat 2-3 servings of fruit everyday... lunch, afternoon snack and now I'm adding fruit to my post-workout shakes at night. Just make sure you're spreading it out during the day and not eating a lot of added and fake sugars and you'll be fine.0
